Accessibility
NWO strives to ensure that our online information and services are accessible. The information below applies to the content of the website www.nwo.nl.
This website partially complies with the government’s guidelines
This website was built and completed in 2020 with the requirement that it would fully comply with the guidelines in the Digital Accessibility of the Government (Temporary Measures) Decree.
We have adopted guidelines for the correct input of content and use Siteimprove software to help optimise digital accessibility.
In the second half of 2023 we will commission an extensive scan to determine whether we are meeting all of the requirements.
Office files not accessible
This website contains office files, mainly in PDF format. Since 1 November 2020, whenever possible new files are created in a digitally accessible format. Many files were created before that date or on the basis of templates produced before that date and are therefore not fully accessible.
Our goal is to convert the documents on this website into accessible versions or web pages before the end of 2023 at the latest.
If you are unable to access a document on this website, please notify the contact person mentioned on the page concerned. If no contact person is named, you can contact us via the digital accessibility contact form.
Content in English on Dutch-language pages and vice versa
In the project database, some Dutch pages contain text in English and vice versa. The text is entered in our application system by the project leaders and we cannot correct it. We are therefore not able to ensure that the content on this part of the website always meets our editorial standards.
If you are unable to access a project page on this website, please report the problem using the digital accessibility contact form.
